  • "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has completed registration on 995b and is using the service.
  • "Account" refers to a member's personal gaming account created through registration on the platform.
  • "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted as a promotional benefit, which becomes withdrawable after meeting specified conditions.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the set amount a member must spend on bets before withdrawing a bonus.

Singular and plural forms, masculine and feminine references, and all terminology in these terms shall be interpreted according to context. Section headings are included for readability only and do not affect the meaning of the terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use 995b's services:

  • The member must be 21 years of age or older. 21+
  • The member must have the personal and legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • Only one account may be registered per individual.
  • Operating multiple accounts from a single device or household is prohibited.
  • Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

995b reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Before processing withdrawals or granting certain benefits, we may request the following documents:

  • Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Recent utility bill or proof of address
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

Warning: Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your 995b account. The following rules must be strictly followed:

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following approved methods may be used to deposit funds into 995b:

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, though security verification may be required.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
  • The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.3 Payment Verification & Security

995b uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways for every transaction. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may request additional verification. We reserve the right to cancel transactions and close accounts if fraudulent activity is proven.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

995b offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000 available to play with.
  • Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳32,000.

This bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = after spending ৳20,000 in bets, funds earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are not transferable between individuals.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • In any dispute regarding bonuses, 995b's decision is final.
  • 995b reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Each promotion has its own validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

995b's VIP program has five tiers in total, with each tier offering special benefits and cashback offers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Staying regularly active and increasing gaming activity allows you to advance to higher tiers.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on 995b:

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • 995b reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
  • Attempting to gain money by exploiting software or system errors is prohibited.
  • Betting history and transaction records stored on 995b's servers are final.

6.2 Game Results & Disputes

All game results are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Any disputes over results will be resolved according to 995b's logs and records. Disputes must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the game ending.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

  • If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded, unless otherwise specified in the rules of a particular market.
  • Disputes about odds or results after a match has ended will not be accepted.
  • Betting beyond your account balance is not possible — there is no credit facility.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on 995b and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Conducting artificial betting activity for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits.
  • Using software or bots for automated betting.
  • Attempting to hack or intrude on the platform's security systems.
  • Any money laundering or illegal fund-cleansing activity.
  • Logging in or making transactions using another member's account credentials.
  • Gaining money dishonestly by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Making fraudulent chargeback claims or raising false disputes.
Consequence: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in forfeiture of the relevant balance and bonus, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9.2 Responsibility for Gaming Decisions

10. Account Suspension & Closure

995b reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions
  • Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts

10.2 Account Closure by the Member

Members may request account closure at any time through the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed. Any balance related to bonus funds will be forfeited.
